Welcome to Interior Arts. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, showroom, and services. By purchasing products from Interior Arts or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Interior Arts (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates a design trade and retail showroom located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as well as an online store. We provide access to designer furnishings, textiles, lighting, art, and accessories for both design professionals and retail customers.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases.

• Trade accounts are available to verified design professionals subject to approval.

• By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

• We accept payment methods as indicated at checkout.

• Orders are considered final once payment is received. Custom or special-order items may require full payment upfront.

• Trade discounts apply only to approved trade accounts and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Lead Times

• In-stock items purchased from our showroom floor are available for pickup from our showroom at 3000 Smallman Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201.

• Special-order and custom items will have lead times provided at the time of order. Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturer production schedules or shipping delays.

• Delivery fees are quoted separately and must be paid in full prior to scheduling.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Damages

• Showroom Floor Purchases: Final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Special Orders & Custom Items: Non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

• If a product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assist with filing a claim with the manufacturer or shipper. Interior Arts is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, copy, and design, is the property of Interior Arts or our brand partners and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Interior Arts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, showroom, or products. Our liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Allegheny County, PA.
